I Cherry-ish You!

Celebrating Valentine’s Day With Some Cherry Inspired Cuteness

I’ve never really been a fan of Valnetine’s day, mass produced teddy bears and overpriced chocolates are not really my thing, but heart day has come a long way. Gone are the cheesy decor items, replaced with gorgeous fun designs, like this cherrytastic range from Fancy Parties.

Valentine’s has also transitioned to become a day less about romantic partners and more about appreciating the loved ones in your life. As a couple that’s spent the last 19 Valentine’s together, we don’t feel the pressure to make a special date for V-day, but our kids, well they have other ideas. Since our oldest was born, Valentine’s Day has become a family date. A celebration of the love we have for each other and what better way to celebrate than with a few funky decorations.

Here’s some kid friendly ideas for your littlest Valentine’s. I promise they’ll love this cherry cherry muchπŸ’

I used a couch cushion, some pillows and a little bench to create a little indoor picnic. I then added some fun cherry themed decor items from Fancy Parties. A few cupcakes, sweets and a tee made with my Cricut Maker 3 completed this little ❀️ party.

Here’s what I used to create this look

Whatever way you celebrate Valentine’s this year. I hope its filled with love and fun!
